Villa San Feliciano is a renovation project located in Magione, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, Umbria — a landscape of quiet beauty and extraordinary cultural heritage. Studio Feri Associati was commissioned to carry out a full renovation of the villa, bringing it to the highest standards of contemporary comfort while preserving its original character and relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The Project

The intervention addressed both the structural and interior dimensions of the villa, with particular attention to the relationship between the building and the lake landscape. Interior spaces were redesigned to maximise natural light and views, with materials selected to connect the interior to the Umbrian vernacular tradition.
