Interior Restyling — Historic Apartment, Montepulciano

Luxury apartment interior design and restyling in the historic centre of Montepulciano, Siena Province, Tuscany.

This project involved the complete restyling of an apartment located in the heart of the historic centre of Montepulciano (SI). The clients, a couple deeply in love with Tuscany and its unique atmosphere, desired to transform this property into a refined residence — blending antique charm with a contemporary and welcoming aesthetic.

The primary objective was to reinterpret the interior spaces through a meticulous selection of finishes, colours and lighting, while upgrading the home to the highest standards of modern comfort.

The Project: Attention to Detail and Bespoke Furnishings

The essence of the intervention lies in the dialogue between the building's historic fabric and new design choices. Studio Feri Associati oversaw every aspect of the restyling:

Finishes and Colour Palette: We worked with a warm, dusty palette that enhances natural light and creates a cohesive backdrop throughout the apartment. Textured wall finishes and the restoration of original surfaces provide depth and character to every room.

Bespoke Furniture: Every furnishing element was custom-designed and realised in collaboration with Sestini & Corti. The use of fine woods and traditional materials, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist, gives the apartment a unique and timeless character.

Comfort and Systems: The project included a complete renovation of the bathrooms — characterised by a minimalist and elegant design — and a total upgrade of the electrical and lighting systems, with strategic lighting that highlights the building's architectural details.
