Design project for a multi-purpose center, intended for office and commercial use. Based on a pre-existing floor plan, the intervention aims to deliver a fresh, contemporary identity for a multi-functional complex. The project is situated within a delicate landscape context, yet distinct from the traditional historic centers. Located in the spa town of Chianciano Terme, it sits in close proximity to both the thermal parks and the city's main commercial district.​
