This design proposal arises from the need to relocate an existing petrol station located in the immediate vicinity of Chianciano Terme’s nursery, primary, and middle schools, while simultaneously revitalizing an area currently used for public parking.

The project envisions the creation of an underground parking level, thereby reclaiming the surface area for public use. The newly gained space would provide the recently renovated Municipal Multipurpose Hall with a prominent new entrance plaza, enhancing both its visibility and accessibility. Furthermore, this intervention would clear vehicle traffic from the adjacent public gardens, ensuring a safer and more enjoyable environment for children and families.
