High-End Interior Design in the Historic Center of Montepulciano

This project involved the complete restyling of an apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Montepulciano (SI). The clients, a couple deeply in love with Tuscany and its unique atmosphere, desired to transform this property into a refined residence, capable of blending antique charm with a contemporary and welcoming aesthetic.

The primary objective was to reinterpret the interior spaces through a meticulous selection of finishes, colors, and lighting, while simultaneously upgrading the home to meet the highest standards of modern comfort.

The Project: Attention to Detail and Bespoke Furnishings

The essence of the intervention lies in the dialogue between historic pre-existing features and new design choices. Studio Feri Associati oversaw every aspect of the restyling:

Finishes and Color Palette: We worked with a warm, dusty color palette that enhances natural light and creates a cohesive backdrop throughout the apartment. Textured wall finishes and the restoration of original surfaces provide depth and character to the rooms.
Bespoke Furniture: Every furnishing element was custom-designed and realized in collaboration with Sestini & Corti. The use of fine woods and traditional materials, reinterpreted with a modern twist, gives the apartment a unique and timeless character.
Comfort and Systems: The project included a complete renovation of the bathrooms—characterized by a minimalist and elegant design—and a total upgrade of the electrical and lighting systems to meet contemporary living needs, integrating strategic lighting points that highlight the architectural details.

For this restyling, we acted as the sole point of contact, managing both the interior design and the project supervision. By coordinating top-tier artisans and selected suppliers, we guaranteed a fluid management of the entire process—from the creative phase to the final installation—ensuring the owners a tailored result and strict adherence to the project timeline.
