Casa LA 15
Renovation project of an early-1970s apartment. The living area has been opened into a single, cohesive space, visible from the entrance yet shielded by a functional "totem." This central element houses the refrigerator and kitchen modules while cleverly concealing a structural pillar. The living room wall unit and the entrance cabinetry—serving as both wardrobe and bookcase—were custom-designed by the architects, as was the bespoke iron door separating the living and sleeping quarters. Both bathrooms, one of which has been enlarged, have been completely renovated.
